Fashion is the way I introduce myself to the world, every day, without saying anything.

Morning friends!
If you’ve been stopping by LRW for a while, you know more or less what I do outside of blogging (which, at this point, doesn’t generate any income for me). However, if you’re new around these parts, you might not “get” what it is that I do.

“Stylist” can mean a bunch of different things. Maybe sometimes it has a negative connotation. What I want to do is help you sort out your true style – not my style, and not what anyone in the media says should be your style. How do I do that?

The first way is what I like to call a closet makeover or shopping in your closet. There’s probably a better name for it, but I haven’t thought of it yet (suggestions welcome!). I come to you, I go through your stuff (NO judgement), very literally, and together we weed out the items you don’t wear from the items you do (and subsequently donate or sell). I help you reimagine what you’re working with, highlighting great pieces and pairing items together that you haven’t considered yet. Basically, it’s a party. Let us do it!

The second way is a little more formal and a lot more glamourous. Hire me to style your photoshoot or your outfit for an event / job interview / important day. We’ll chat, figure out what you want to do, and I’ll come up with a moodboard for the occasion (it will look like this, or this). We’ll talk it over, maybe purchase some things, probably take some pieces from your existing wardrobe. I’ll revise the board, then we’ll finalize the look(s). If you’re having a photoshoot, I’m happy to be on set with you (more than happy, I love love love it!) to make sure you look you’re best – because DAYUM you’re fine!

With all that being said, I’d love to work with you. You can email me at littleredswell AT gmail DOT com for rates. AND, because I love you all so much, I’m giving away a closet makeover today for free! Just leave a comment below with your favorite item in your closet, and I’ll select one winner at random on Friday! Can’t wait to work with you! xo

I love my white Armani tuxedo jacket – it’s vintage and looks gorgeous with trousers for work or with a sundress in the summer!

Love this! Goodness, I need all the help a girl can get. I typically live in my kitchen, so my bedroom closet gets the brunt of my hectic schedule. Therefore, my favorite item in my closet is not clothing, accessories, or shoes. It’s a favorite verse I have pinned up… “You are fearfully and wonderfully made”. It reminds me that, even when I feel chaotic and far less than fabulous, I can always dress myself with a positive attitude.

This is great! I’m planning on a closet makeover this weekend anyway! My favorite items are my new Seven jeans I got for Christmas last year. They go with everything 🙂

Hmmm…looking in my closet, I think my favorite item is a simple, navy dress from Banana Republic that can be dressed up or down according to the occasion.

This would be awesome! I am planning a total life overhaul for this September, why not give my clothes some love too?! My favorite item would probably be my rehearsal dinner dress: white dress from Club Monaco with 2 large ruffles. I surprised myself-who knew I would like ruffles!

I would LOVE a closet makeover (and maybe some engagement shoot styling..bookmarking this page for later). My favorite item in my closet (at the moment) probably has to be my Hi-Lo Wrap Look Maxi Dress from the Limited. I love maxis and hi-lo’s they make everything look effortlessly more fancy while still being incredibly comfortable.

Hi Allie!Right now, I’ve been practically LIVING in a fabulous b&w mod print shift dress from Target (no judgment!) that has been perfect for going from office to evening with some sandals and a long chunky silver necklace. I find I wear it at least twice a week these days, and it is super easy to pack for travel, too!

Love this! My favorite item is my blue/black floral print skirt. It’s got just enough poof for a good girly twirl! xo
